Fall 2023 registration – $15.00

Registration is closed

An offering of poems, ancient and modern, that enhance and support meditation practice. Poets will include Rumi, Kabir, Hafiz, Mary Oliver, David Whyte, Naomi Shihab Nye, Wendell Berry and others. Participants will also have a chance to share poems that they have found meaningful to their practice.

Teacher: Bob Johansen

Bob is a retired pastoral minister, spiritual director and a, longtime practitioner and mindfulness meditation instructor. For the past two years he has lead a mindfulness meditation group at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Belfast.
